New recipes {good and bad} and other randomness

i guess today we'll start off with something terribly fattening and delicious Ü from one of my favorite party planning experts - hostess with the mostess. we'll most definitely be seeing more of her.

need i say more?  yummy.

on a side note - i found an entire costco-sized box of fruit snacks sitting in my basement this morning . . . a large handful is now sitting in my desk drawer at work.

man cards - an area i definitely need help in

and i suppose we can stick a healthy recipe in here too. How about one-ingredient ice cream? hehe - no, i'm serious, one ingredient, and it's good for you Ü promise. not only that, you could let your kids eat it for breakfast and be dubbed the.coolestest.mom.ever.

don't be afraid to check out the rest of the site as well. I've never tried a recipe from there that i didn't like, and believe me, i've tried a LOT!

speaking of, they just posted a buttermilk pancake recipe. i think i know what i'm making for dinner.

i love breakfast for dinner. good stuff.

and for giggles, I'm going to toss in another re-upholster. don't tell me you don't like it, cause i know you do. come on. where's your inner animal? Ü although i'm sure any other fabric will do . . .

Home Decor and Remodels via Centsational Girl

Centsational girl is an awesome crafty fairy! She needs to sprinkle some crafty dust on me.

are you ready for this? seriously? ok, maybe just a sneaky peak of her fabulousness . . .

anyways - not that my bedroom will probably ever look as amazing as hers, but it's always good to have some awesome inspiration

I'm not a huge fan of the fabric covered headboard, but you never know

I need to make these pillows!

I want to put this in my laundry room{hall}!  i think it's the cutest drying rack ever:

i want to refurbish something so bad. i almost convinced handyman hubby {ooh, i think we'll just call him the handyman from now on Ü, every crafty girl needs to have a handyman hubby behind her, right? no? ok, well it do. lol} to keep an ugly green burlap chair my family was throwing out and let me re-upholster it. but alas, no. it was sadly taken to DI. poor chair. it would have made a good first-timer . . .

*gasp!* want. need! must have!!! the prettiest master bath ever!

look it! another re-upholster job

oh my heavens! this needs to be done to every oak banister in creation!

oh, and we'll need to know what color she painted the walls too . . . i am drooling. seriously. how is it that the most favorite thing of the day (the whole staircase redo) happens to be the most expensive? arg!

Organization in Style!

I love these - i want to print them out on sticker paper and stick them to everything. I love that she gave us blank ones too to make our own (with our own favorite font of course! Ü)

the coolest super mario cake i've ever seen!

need some cuter organization in the laundry room? these are so cute!

magnet clips (i love the magnet board she has these on!)

oh look! it's a chalkboard too! Ü

my earring drawer is in major need of this
